About The Event

When it comes to booking on-camera work, it doesn't matter if you've had years of professional training or if you're just starting out.  All that matters is what you do in the audition room, when the pressure is on and you have one shot to impress the client. The only way to improve your audition skills is through experience.

Cold reading is an essential skill for professional actors. In this four week lab, you will exercise your "in the moment" muscles through a series of mock auditions, covering:

·  Commercials

·  Spokesperson

·  TV Shows

·  Film

Every week, you'll be sent your footage from the week before for self-critique.

You’ll learn how to effectively break down a set of sides in just a few minutes. Knowing what questions to ask and where to put your focus in those few precious moments of preparation will keep you grounded and confident.

This is an ADULT class. Ages 13+.
