About The Event
There's no better way to prepare for auditions than by auditioning. At this one day Lab, we'll use real tv/film scripts to practice cold reading for on-camera auditions. Get your jitters out and find the fun again with immediate feedback and tips from Audition Coach Sarah East. The Lab is best for teen and adult actors but performers as young as 12 may attend.
At the lab, you'll receive:
- A TV or film audition scene that fits your specs    Â
- The Audition Room's Cold Reading Tip Sheet
- 15 Minutes to prep per scene
- Immediate feedback and adjustments
- 2 Takes per scene (multiple scenes dependent on time)
- A copy of your audition video(s) for further self-evaluation
